GLOBAL EXIMS BARRAMUNDI

Grown in pristine and carefully controlled water conditions, our Barramundi is renowned for its firm, white succulent flesh and clean, mild flavor. We combine natural nutrition, responsible farming practices, and advanced aquaculture systems to deliver premium-quality seafood.

Our diverse farms across Gujarat specialize in optimized size classes. Plate-sized Barramundi are raised in advanced freshwater systems in Anand and Vadodara, while premium fillet-sized 100% saltwater Barramundi are cultivated along the coastal regions of Veraval, Porbandar, and Surat. Using clean local water sources and sustainable practices, we supply high-quality seafood across India.

Where It All Begins

ANAND, GUJARAT

At our state-of-the-art aquaculture facility in Anand, Gujarat, we raise our plate-sized Barramundi using advanced Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS). These systems ensure strict water quality control, biosecurity, and sustainability.

Our short supply chain and local sourcing model reduce environmental impact while delivering unmatched freshness to domestic markets.

The result is sashimi-grade Barramundi with a deliciously clean taste and superior texture.

Premium Coastal Farming

VERAVAL & PORBANDAR, GUJARAT

Our coastal farms in Veraval and Porbandar operate in controlled high-salinity marine environments along the Arabian Sea. These ideal growing conditions enhance the flavor and texture of our fillet-sized Barramundi.

The fish develop a naturally sweet, buttery taste with firm, meaty flakes when cooked. Carefully managed salinity levels and sustainable aquaculture practices ensure premium quality.

By combining modern farming technology with Gujarat’s rich marine resources, we produce export-quality Barramundi suitable for fine dining and retail markets.
